AO3b - Risk Assessment

As a class we will visit all the places where our physical fitness tests will take place.  You will need to identify the potential hazards within the area, judge the liklihood of this occurring and then explain how you are goin to minimise these risk factors.  A link has been provided with a template for you.

AO3c and AO3d - Witness Statement and Record Sheet

This section of the task requires you to perform a wide variety of physical fitness tests used across the Public Services throughout the UK.  I will write a witness statement on your practical performnce during each session, grading you on your effort levels, attitude, health and safety procedures and independant learning.  I will not grade you on the outcome of the test only on the above standards.

As we work through the fitness tests you will take ownership of recording your results on your blog for use in later tasks.
