AO4a - FITT Principle

You will produce a short blog outlining the basic principles of Frequency, Intensity, Time and Type and how these are incorporated into your training program.

AO4b - What is Circuit Training

On the template provided you will complete a series of questions about Circuit Training.  This will enable you to have solid bass line knowledge regarding this type of training in order for you to design your own circuit plans.  You will look at how you carry out the sessions, the benefits of the training and the type of athletes that may want to use it.
